Refund Policy

30-Day Returns on Unused Units

Changed your mind? Unused, un-armed units in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For hygiene and safety reasons, units that have been armed or deployed cannot be returned except under warranty.

To start a return, email info@nabbertraps.com with your order number before shipping anything back.

Defective Products

If your product arrives defective or develops a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use within twelve (12) months of purchase, we will make it right. Contact us at info@nabbertraps.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the defect
• Photos or video showing the issue

We will review your claim within ten (10) business days and repair or replace the defective unit or issue a full refund if a repair or replacement isn't practical.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Retain all original packaging — it may be required for a carrier claim. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

What Is Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident
• Damage from failure to follow product instructions
• Unauthorized modification or repair
• Normal wear and tear
• Consumable components
