Refund policy

NABBER SYSTEMS INC. Refund Policy Effective Date: May 22, 2026


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review product specifications carefully before purchasing.


Defective Products

If your product arrives defective or develops a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use within twelve (12) months of purchase, we will make it right. Contact us at info@nabbertraps.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect
  • Photos or video showing the issue

We will review your claim within ten (10) business days and, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective unit or issue a store credit.


Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Retain all original packaging — it may be required for a carrier claim. We will work with you to resolve the issue.


What Is Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident
  • Damage from failure to follow product instructions
  • Unauthorized modification or repair
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable components
