Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.


Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed to the carrier.


Shipping Rates and Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via Canada Post/USPS and major courier services. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on destination and order size.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

  • Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Remote or rural locations may require additional time.


US Shipments — Duties and Customs

Shipments to the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes upon entry. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product pricing or shipping charges. We have no control over customs processing times, which may affect delivery estimates.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for more than seven (7) business days, contact us at info@nabbertraps.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do everything we can to resolve the situation.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If you identify an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@nabbertraps.com — we will attempt to intercept the shipment, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in transit.
